Great location, friendly staff. The room was huge, with large windows and very comfortable seating. The hotel is full of elegant touches such as art on the walls, wrought iron tables, furnishings and details. Breakfast is great, and served in a very nice setting. The bed was excellent and also very big. We would certainly stay here again. The main pedestrian street is about a minute away on foot, with the heart of the old town about 10 minutes away. There are lots of bars, cafes and restaurants close by. Another bonus is that the room was completely silent, with no street noise. Very pleasant!

The hotel is brilliantly placed between the old and new town areas of Kaunas and so a great base from which to explore the city. The room was large and well equipped with fridge, safe and all you could expect. The en-suite was great and the air conditioning worked a treat during a very hot few days. The breakfasts were excellent too with a great choice and the hotel staff were superb. One of the receptionists made a call for us to the local synagogue to arrange for us to visit and although we had the wrong number, she persisted with a variety of numbers till she got through. The same lady also gave us recommendations about local sites to visit. And the car parking at the hotel was great too. A fantastic few days in a special city with so much to see made even better by a wonderful hotel. Highly recommended.

King suite was large, clean and well appointed. All staff encountered were very helpful, but a folder in the room detailing the hotel facilities would have been useful.

It was our 3rd time staying in this hotel. The location is absolutely wonderful, it is close to the old town, to laisves aleja and to that also quiet. The beds are always comfortable and the rooms tidy and clean. You can see, that the style of the hotel is a little bit “of the past”, but that just ads to the charm. The staff goes an extra mile to fulfill the wishes and requests of the guest. At the breakfast everyone will find something they like (my favorite always is the “lithuanian corner”. One morning after our travels we overslept and unfortunately missed breakfast by 10 minutes. After just pne quick call to the reception to ask, if we could still get something, we were told, that they will find something. That something was two beautiful hudge plates filled with all that you could ever want + the donut balls with chocolate for my mirning sweet tooth! All in all, it is for sure not the last time we are staying in this hotel and we can only recomend it.

The hotel is placed in an old building in the city center, 2 minutes from the pedestrian walk. Thus it's really close to the touristic area (old town). However it is a quiet place. The bed was really comfortable, so I could have a very good sleep each night. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast included quite the same things each day, but there were fairly enough meal choices.

The breakfast was really great and tasty with a gift on a Christmas Day - Hot Wine from a very friendly breakfast personal! Receptionist Aurelija tried her best to find us a food delivery service- thank you! Very nice hotel with comfortable bed. Clean room. Parking space in the backyard. Near old town.

Staff very friendly. Free sweets in lobby. Breakfast was nice. Free parking. Location was excellent. Floor to ceiling window with chairs looking out was very nice.

Hotel is in a great location close to bars & restaurants. Room suite spacious, comfortable & warm as visit was in November. Separate bathroom with jacuzzi, lovely underfloor heating. Good buffet breakfast, plenty of choice. Staff friendly & helpfull advising of local attractions.

The location is great. Close to the main promenade street but not disturbed by its loudness. All the restaurants in 5 minute walking distance. Nice breakfast with a Lithuanian touch - local cheese and bread board. Pleasant personnel. Comfortable beds and pillows. But beware to come around 8 am. May be be i was not lucky.. the restaurant was full with people and it is too small to fit all of them , so people walk around looking for a place to eat.
